Club Cranky invades VIR!
Hello from the posh Holiday Inn in Danville, VA!!!!!!
Yup...Club Cranky finally made it after extended drive time due to a faulty carbueretor on McFez's van.
We just left the "Meet & Greet" with the Olthoffs...always great folks, Bob, Dennis and Mike and Pat Stenhouse from Second Strike. Put on a nice spread out side by the pool running into a ton of CC members.
In addition to Club Cranky (Cranky, myself, Terry Shank, Hank Dondero, Don Durner, Joe Rodimista, Bill and Jens Karns and Tom Raddin) we also met Hal Kopple, Doug Reed, Chas. Manfield, among others.
We also presented McFez with his very own Fez. No actually two fezes; one fez for the greasers and one formal fez. Pictures to follow.
Anyway...we're off to the house, were having the entire track over for a BBQ tomorrow night.
We'll follow up...Weather looks good for 4 days of track time!
