Mr Bruce - I just checked mine, and the steering arm is angled up a bit (I have 3-1/2 degrees caster). Not sure on this one, but I would think the arm should be perpendicular to the caster angle, not parallel to the ground - which would make it at a 3-1/2 degree upward angle (relative to the ground) in my case. Ford may also have added some angle to get a certain effect as the supension moves through its range.
