How do I connect arm of slave cylinder to clutch pedal?

How do I connect arm of slave cylinder to clutch pedal?

I`m using an external slave cylinder set up that Mike Forte sells. (He built my engine)
How do I get it connected to the arm of the clutch pedal?
I`m thinking a clevis is needed but, it looks like given the angle of the arm in the pedal box, it may bind up.
Or is it my imagination?

I`m using the pedal box that A&C supplies.
