Default New Pictures

Hey Everyone: Tonight i rolled out my baby for the first time since mounting the body. Gave me a chance to clean out the garage. Took a bunch of new pictures and posted them to my gallery. So close but yet so far.

Thumbs up Looking Great!

Automan,
It looks Great and its really good to see it out in the daylight. The black gelcoat looks amazing.

It's funny how some people think alike, my battery kill switch is in the exact same place. Sam

The gel coat really does look nice! Can you polish and wax that or does it need to be painted?

Thanks,

Lowell

When i ordered my kit Sammy asked me if i wanted to paint it my self or pick a colour. I told him that i would paint it so just give me the body where all i would have to do is prep and paint. So, i am asuming that this is primered black with a gelcoat on top of it. I havn't polished it or anything yet. I think when i take a buffer to it with a little polish it will look good enough before i paint it in a couple of years.

Glad you got your e-brake cable worked out. I love a happy ending.

Build looks great!

Love your dash! Is that your turn and high beam indicators over your column?

If so where did you get your indicators? I like those.

Regards

Yes they are my turn indicators and my engine warning lamp in the middle (RED). I got the lights at a UAP store. 6 bucks Canadian so 5.40 American each. Finish line has them also but i found them cheaper there. I really tried to make the Dash as clean and simple as possible. Also tried to mimic the dash that was shown in the Cobra Owners manual that i got from Finishline. Not everything but alot of it. I put the ignition key in the normal place instead of the left side of the column. Won't be needing those quick starts at Sebring you know. HAHA.
