Jon;
Not sure what you mean by "Corvette" box from A & C.
In the pedal box that Pete Clark (Fast Times Rods) made for me he put a Corvette Master cylinder on it for me.
If you get the Ron Francis or American Auto Wire Wiring harness it comes with a brake switch you plum in the brake line coming out of the master cylinder. Very easy, very clean. If you are thinking of a switch that the foot brake pedal comes in contact with when depressed. Can't help you, sounds too complicated.

Jon, yes the corvette pedal box from A&C does come with the brake light switch that is activated by the brake pedal arm

I used a brake pressure switch. This one

Very easy to use. Little brake pressure closes the switch. I ran it on the front brake line. Get the brass tee to hook it up.

I used an inline pressure switch, really cool. If my memory is correct it was purchased through Pegasus?

Yellow thread sealer from Lowes. It says gas and oil resistant. Comes in a tube. Let it dry before using it.

Most hydraulic brake light switches are made with an NPT flare and should not leak when torqued correctly. If it is in tight, I would say make sure that whatever you used to 't' the line has the proper female flare first. You may have a mismatch of some sort! :eek:
