Who had the dog at Johns in Tuscon?

Hello
Who was the guy with the little dog in the orange Cobra?

Karl Bebout 10-05-2009 09:55 PM

Do you mean the Chevy Orange Cobra?

Cobrafann 10-05-2009 10:00 PM

It may have been Chevy Orange. It looks like the color of a Chevy motor.

Karl Bebout 10-05-2009 10:22 PM

That's the one. Danr uses the dog to flush out game when he goes hunting.

Danr55 10-05-2009 11:17 PM

It's Rangoon Red.. a stock ford color from 1957 to 1969 and she'll tear the cuffs off of your pants if she sets her mind to it... or something.. She is mine.. Her name is Murphy..

LMH 10-05-2009 11:40 PM

She was too cute!!

That was not a dog. It was a mouse dressed up for holloween.

Mike

It may not have been danr as he says his cobra is red.

The person I am talking about had a Orange car with no strips at all. It was not a Factory Five looking car, maybe a copy or wanna-be Factory five.
It was parked across the street from Jonhs house.
The guy had a little dog with him.
Was there more them one dog at the party maybe?

Danr55 10-06-2009 09:33 AM

There were several dogs at the party. A lost dog named Don. A Chinese Charpee named Mikie. A bearded wolf hound named Karl. And a small Yorkee named Murphy.

Oh, and the car was red.. not orange.

mikiec 10-06-2009 10:00 AM

you mean this one?

That's the dog that did it's business in my yard right before you loaded up and speed out of the neighborhood. Please let me know when you plan on cleaning it up.

Oh, by the way what color was the General Lee? I guess it was red according to you.

acmjg 10-06-2009 01:47 PM

Sure couldn't be much "business" out of that.

Karl Bebout 10-06-2009 02:52 PM

Don't know who that brave person was that belonged to the hand in the picture but they were obviously risking life and limb getting that close to those ferocious jaws.

John-Tucson 10-06-2009 09:33 PM

I can't believe it ! I can't F___ing believe that Dan's damm dog gets all of this PR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There was about $1,000,000.00 worth of Cobras on the street and the dog gets the attention !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hi Murphy, nice dog, nice dog, now get off my leg.

Danr55 10-06-2009 10:13 PM

John, Be nice or I'll show this to Murphy's mom...

mikiec 10-06-2009 10:52 PM

Danr,
Maybe it's not just us, maybe you really do have a orange car.

Don't feel bad, several things I was told from my previous owner was not 100% true either.

mtml427 10-08-2009 08:55 AM

Having had Golden Retrievers when our kids were growing up, our daughter diverged and bought a Maltese. I now have an appreciation for the small dogs. Your Yorky is one of the cutest little dogs I have seen. Regarding "doing its business": I am sure it was easy to overlook. Those little things don't produce enough to notice unless you are right there with them.

Danr55 10-08-2009 08:58 AM

Thank you from Murphy and Marti. She's not only cute, but she's smarter than many of those who read this forum.

(That should start some stuff!)
