You Sir saw the beginning! The START was when the young guy hit the older guy.

We can talk about .... if this or that would have angered you or I but that is lip service. The older man moved away or forward on the bus. When the attacker moved toward the victim in a physical and verbal threatening manor an assault was committed .... still time for this to be no harm no foul, but (it immediately turned physical) When the attacker swung on and hit the victim that was battery. The older guy had every reason to protect himself. Had he stomped him while on the floor then maybe it was too much but he didn't stomp em.

Then the poor abused man was asking for an ambulance for a busted lip ??? He got what he deserved. Want to guess who paid for the medical services? I just hope this is the end of the BS and he does not seek to harm the guy with 3 or 4 of his buddies help.

I read on another board the youth has some mental problems. He verbally attacks people often on buses.

"The guy on the receiving end seriously is sick. Not in a random connotation way, but in a mental disease way. I've talked with him on the 52. My long hair led to threats. He often carried a boom box."

"A few years ago, he apparently got tasered at a baseball game for being too rowdy. He also flips people off on the streets of San Fran while waving a loaf of bread. Good stuff."

what I found disturbing was the girls encouraging that punk to "go beat his a$$"... not to mention taking his bag.

One would hope that we had evolved beyond such situations in this day & age, but this country appears to be regressing.
