I can still use the 5XL versions. My old tailor 'OMAR' can cut them down.

To Clarify my earlier comment - I meant from one person who has had the surgery to another. I am as pure as the driven snow(at least that the version that I tell my wife) along iwth - No honey I promise I drive the speed limit in the cobra!! |

BTW I am having these Tee's made in white with black letters as well so each of you will have both black and white.
