Yes, When do you have in mind ? A week to ten days ? How far up do you want to go ? The FFR Open House at Huntington Beach is April 23rd. That might be a bit early and rainey in California.

John,
It's been so cold today, I havn't thought about a specific date to run up the coast. I drove my Cobra across town this AM to have Fast Freddie's Lexan windshield installed, and it was pretty nippy to say the least. Let's get together at the next meet and look at an Atlas, maybe make some plans. Scott.

Scott, I am considering going back east for the FFR Open House and the London Cobra Show, both in June. Nothing is locked in.

The new windshield is great. I have glass coverage, and State Farm paid for it. American Glass in Scottsdale did the labor. Looks just like glass. Be advised to only use the proper cleaning agents, so as not to scratch the Lexan. Soapy water, and a number of off the shelf cleaning agents are acceptable. Fast Freddies sent a list of OK cleaning products with the windshield. Check it online. Guaranteed not to crack ! The guy that did the labor said the new windshield was a snug fit, no issues. I'm interested to see just how long it will still look new.

Scott, you had to order the windshield from Fast Freddies and shipped it to the installer in Scottsdale, or how did you get it. Your ins. paid for it, I also have a glass policy on my Cobra through Mid-West ins., any info would be helpful. Skully

Skully,
American Glass ordered it direct from Fast Freddies. Yesterday I noticed some rippling in the Lexan while standing next to the car. If you'ld like to see it, you're welcome to come take a look. I've e-mailed Freddie, and he said there should not be rippling in it, so it may have to be replaced.
