John, as in the past, gathering starts about 9:30am, lunch is as soon as I go eat, which is about 11:30am. Marines pick about 1pm and yankee swap about 1:30pm. That gives everyone about 2 hours to lunch. Last year we were all done about 3:30pm.
Ginny and Mikie will correct me if I'm wrong.
