Why are Chevys so slow?
Are their Chevys not loud?
Is the thing [the sign] just directed at slow Vettes?
Why or why?

I find that 85mph speed limit to be somewhat exclusionary. It should be reduced to no more than 65mph so the Chevys can play too.

Mine is one of the two and I can assure you it would not even start with a Ford engine, hahaha.

As a young boy I always wondered why the chevy guys were such good mechanics. Now I know why. They had to be.

I'm fine with trying to maintain an 85mph speed limit in those circumstances where I have to stay in 2nd gear.
