Hey Mikey. I have a heater for the cobra I will.make.you a good.deal.on if you like.
|
Na,
I have a line on a heated snowmobile suit. I believe I still have your axle stands. |
Well, Are you having a going away party? Smiths heater with a two speed fan..
|
I'll let you know about the heater when I'm riding while the snow is blowing and it's 30 degrees. Sounds like next month.
|
Our house is now officially listed and up for sale. Sign goes in tomorrow.
Dan, if the boss has clients in the area send them over. |
Good luck with home sale.
I just sold my home last week, I am buying about two blocks East. Lucky for me I am still in the same zip code and will still be Dave from Chandler, not Dave from Gilbert. Cheers Dave from Chandler. |
Dave,
How long did it take? Mike |
Well guys, home sales aside, we all seem to agree that Mikie has little or no say in when they will come back to Arizona..
|
It took five weeks and one small price reduction?
Dave from Chandler. |
Thanks,
My Realtor says ave is 51 days. Mike |
.....or, Mikie, Snowbirding ain't all that bad! :D

That must be temp. You have not seen 40 in about 100 years.

We are talking about 40 degrees here in Illinois, probably in the middle of October, if not sooner. We've had snow on Halloween! |
Let's have no talk about snow. Oh, yeah... I'll see lots soon.
|
I remember the year I lived in Concord. We had our first snow on October 13.. It was a Friday and the traffic went nuts.. By October 20, no one could get out of their houses.. I think that was 1984 or 1985.

Mikiec,
"Let's have no talk about snow. Oh, yeah... I'll see lots soon." One thing about snow....snow tires...studded snow tires...If you are allowed to get studded tires, by all measn, do so. Wait for one of those below Jeeeezus days, when its so cold, the pavement is dry. Take the car out at night, get up to 70-80 and slam on the brakes. Makes for a great light show with twin showers of sparks wailing off the studs....or so I've been told. |
