It's easy. You'll need a propane torch, solder flux and some solder. Grind the spot to bear metal where the leak is, apply solder flux (get at Lowe's or Home Depot etc.) and heat until you can get the metal to melt and spread the solder into the leak hole. Soldering will not only fill the crack, but it will bond the metals on the molecular level. You only need as much solder to fill the hole. More is not better. Blobs on the outside of the repair do not add to the repair. It is important to wick the solder into the crack crevasse. That can only be done with a flux or cleaning agent under heating. Then you can sand it and repaint with any spray paint you desire. It will never leak there again if done properly. Soldering is done for indoor plumbing on copper pipes. Your cooling system does not get hot beyond the melting point of solder, if it does you have other problems. Do yourself a favor and save your money from buying any goop to spread on the outside of your parts. Corrosion will work itself into the crack and the leak will eventually be back and probably worse.

New Kirkhan surge tank installed and it fits perfect.
I still need to route the same hoses and zip tie them.
