I should make it today. I found second gear, not sure how long it will last, but AAA is only a phone call away.

Good. You've got plenty of other gears and if worse came to worse, Bob could tow you with his truck motor.

After numerous double clutching attemps, I can get the car into second. I found second in the garage, he won't give up where first gear is, little bastard.....

I used a guy named Richard in the past to fix a 5 th great grind and install a road race 5th gear.
He did great work and was super cheap.
He works out of his house.

Dave, Take that little Second guy and string him up and force the little devil to tell you where First is hiding.. When you catch the clown, be really, really firm with him. This escape and evade stuff is not necessary nor fun in civilian life.... Hope you make it tonight..

Saw a quick segment on EVB (Ch12) this afternoon around 1600 hrs. They were highlighting some of the Cobras. I thought I caught a quick look of Karl's new car.

Art Show Results
We had 14 cobras show up. Impressive. Dan and Karl parked their's on the sidewalk right in front of the Gallery and the rest of us on the street almost right in front. Free snacks and drinks. Nice people. Pretty art. Owner said he sold an Elvis painting because of us. Only problem was the rush hour traffic getting there. No easy route. Thawing out my fingers and ears now.
See you all on the 24th.

a great show last night.. thanks to everyone who came out to support. Roger and the crew at the Gallery were very pleased. Danny Day is a great guy and a superb artist. I will post what few photos I got later.. I know GFOG took a bunch. Maybe he will post some today..
PS: just got a call from Roger, the Gallery Director to thank us all for making last night special. So everyone that was there, consider yourselves properly appreciated.. It was a good show.

A purple car and an orange car. Looks like a couple of skittles that feel out of the bag.
Was a fun night, the street looked great with all the Cobras lining it.
