Help - 2 Questions

I need some help with my Factory Five Mk III. 2 questions:

Where can I find replacement wiper blades? It has the FFR wiper assembly kit #12041. The replacement blade part is #11123.
What mechanic(s)/shop(s) do you recommend in the southeast valley to work on my car. It has developed serious steering play such that it'll wobble on deceleration from speeds of 45+. I'd also like it thoroughly inspected.
