Are condolences or best wishes for a speedy recovery, or congratulations in order? What is it?

Yes, John is referring to his Exact car that's for sale. Not referring to his wife/girlfriend/house or STD.

Hey, Larry.

I may be 2,000 miles away. But, is it done yet?

Mike, My it... is going to a new owner in Cave Creek as soon as funds are transferred. Just in a holding pattern at the moment. Talked to him last weekend though and everything is still go.
Then the 289 can come home from it's current storage in Casa Grande and 5 years of locating, restoring and/or replicating parts can come together.

Wow. So what is the time table for the 289?

Hey guys, John's Exact is a fabulous car. Some one should buy it.

Not sure yet as nothing will happen on it until the other is with it's new owner. However, I may send it to Kimmins for an aluminum body but haven't decided either way yet.

I've been busy helping on a restoration on an original up in PHX. Between that and rebuilding my own parts for my 289, not much spare time at the moment.

I'm sorry. Karl is busy now and can't respond to your smart remark. At the tone, please leave a message. When your message is complete, you may hang up or you may give him a bad time about his latest carburation issues.

So was it self inflected this time again?
I think Karl needs a new Corvette, that way he won't have to work on it and all the computer control will keep him on the pavement.

You know, I'm thinking his issues have to do with that thing he calls a ponytail. Time for it to go and get some good karma.

Has he asked Dennis for a refund yet?
