Default Scouting report - Wildflower Bread Company

Several of us scouted the Wildflower at 75th Ave just north of Bell, at about 6:00pm last Tuesday. The photos below were taken on Tuesday.

MENU: http://www.wildflowerbread.com/wp-co...15/07/Menu.pdf The food is good, but on the lighter side. Lots of soups, salads, pasta and hot and cold sandwiches. Dishes with chicken, salmon and roast beef are also available.

FACILITY: Easy access. The restaurant is very clean. There is a large outdoor patio with tables and umbrellas we could arrange to our liking. There is ample parking including spaces adjacent to the patio. The restaurant and parking were almost empty at 6:00 pm.

REVIEW: We tried the Wildflower Bread Company for lunch yesterday (Thursday). At that time the restaurant and parking lot were busy. This is clearly a lunch place. The food was tasty but light. Not "comfort food". While the facility is perfect, the food may have limited appeal.

If anyone else has a suggestion for a Tuesday meeting place, please post it for all to consider. Thanks.

Lyle, I think I recognize your writing style as the undercover food critic for the Arizona Republic!
Ralph, it takes one to know one.

The food was light. Means great for vegetarians and birds. Hi Lyle.
