Sent email to reserve 6-8 places for AZ Cobras...Should arrive close to 0800.
|
Yo Bill, this is the show in January, at the Chandler Harley dealer, not the Indian dealer that maybe you're thinking of? I'd be real surprised if there aren't at least 12-15 Cobras there. Think that's about the number we had last year.
|
I kind of coordinated this last year, I will do the same this year, if that's okay. I will get a cobra count and see if they can reserve the same spots we had last year.
Dave from WY |
Have at it Dave. Will your car actually be running? Mine might. I'm in the final throws of installing a new clutch. The T/O bearing crapped out and I figured since I had to go through the trouble of R&R-ing everything, might as well throw in a new clutch set. Yes, I resurfaced the flywheel too.
If anyone wants a FREE, Centerforce, 10 1/2" disc and pressure plate, let me know. Its for a 1 1/16", 10 spline set up. The PP is diaphragm for 6 bolt fly wheel, and the disc is dual friction: staggered semi-metallic on one side, organic on the other. Just over 13,000 miles. No slippage, easy pedal. |
Dave...count me in
BBryan |
Karl, the car is running well, some oil leaks that need to be addressed. I just wish I was around to drive her.
I contacted Chandler HD and told them I would have a cobra count when the date is closer. Dave from FLA |
Dave, If you need someone to exercise your car, let me know. My niece has been bugging me to let her drive mine but she doesn't have enough leg for the clutch.. I'm sure she'd be happy to stretch yours out a bit..
|
DANR, I will keep your niece in mind.
On another note, Chandler HD wants us to show up at 0800, they will give us spots right in front of the building. I told TC I would have a head count somewhat soon. Thanks Dave from FLA. FYI the Blue Angels are practicing today. |
Ok. Count me in for the really big show!
|
Dave, count me in. Hector Benetiz, too.
|
I am sure I will be working....Want to go though..
