1 person & 1 Cobra.
|
2 of us plus 1 Cobra
|
2 plus 0ne Cobra. Gregg and Vicki and one cobra also.
|
One person, one Cobra...
But, as typical for me, I have other family business scheduled at noon, so my attendance is tentative, and would only be from 10:00 to 11:30 if I do manage to show up... |
2 persons - 1 Cobra and 1 Audi (to haul chairs and other stuff)
|
Bill, a realistic number will be 25 cobras and 50 people. You'll never get responses from most. Estimation is based on previous Anniversary Parties. Had everything gone as desired including date and track we would expect 40/80.

I want to calibrate once more on what I am supposed to bring. Potluck item to share (but I understand we won't have power for crock pots etc correct?), white elephant gift plus?
Should I bring the assembled wagon or wait until December 10? |
Bring to Anniversary Parry
Bring food, drink, $20 or less wrapped Yankee Swap gift, new unwrapped toys for PCH, assembled wagons (or bring them to our 2 drop off points or on PCH Kick-off on December 10th.) I would bring chair, shade if wanted and a smile.
By the way: https://www.whiteelephantrules.com/ Karl has the ticket roll and is running the Yankee Swap. Scotty has the Annual Perpetual Trophy for "Most Spirited" and will bring it. Paul Gillespie has the Annual Perpetual Trophy for "Iron Butt" and will bring it. I have the two "Best In Show" trophies and will bring them. We have SUV's planned from Dr Duc and AZ Cobra Mike to carry toys & wagons. AZ Bob |
2 people +1 Cobra
Bill, can you find out what time and what gate we should use? |
I will be there, apparently without the Cobra as Bob says I'm bringing an SUV.:(
|
Sorry Bruce, thought you had this all figured out. Perhaps you can find a buddy or family member to drive the Jeep or someone else to truck the toys? Charlie is bringing a cobra if he comes. The date change may mean he is required to be at the Good Guys Show.

I am hoping for good weather and a great turn out.

Was hoping to be able to come up but life's in the way and won't be able to make it.
Take pics though! Larry |

Bob, thanks for asking Joe to re-send the party flyer to remind me (us) of the times. Didn't see the gate info. The track has several and I don't remember any one of them being identified for Bondurants. Maybe I missed it.
|
I stopped by on the way home Sunday. There is a sign with an arrow for the Bondurant School right at the main entrance on Maricopa Road. I have been to the old Firebird track many times but never to the Bondurant area, so I am assuming that is the way in.

Quote:
The first left past the Chevron will take you out to the dirt lot north of the lake, and the 2nd left is the main entrance. You can also go in through that main gate, just veer to the immediate right, before going under the arch... Once you are in the parking lot behind the bleachers, you should see the big "BONDURANT" arch to the south. |
Me and patty will not be there from Tucson , she just had surgery and is on the mend and I am the butler.......
|
Get well Patty !
|
What Scotty said. You will be missed.
