Mikes are like Mustangs....Can't swing a dead cat without hitting one. Is that what you're saying Dave?

AZ Bob
I think that's great news! Parking is always such a hassle if you just want to spectate.

Looking forward to meeting some of you....of course mainly the Mikes..

Saturday's comin'! I'm thinking out rainy weather is over for a while and it'll be a usual primo day for the Gainey Ranch Cars n Coffee. I'm waiting until Thursday to tell Peter how many Cobras to expect, so if you haven't chimed in, please do so before then. He did say that Steve will be there with his beautiful, original 427 that he'd had at Fountain Hills.

Sorry Scotty, haven't heard anything about free CeeeGars this time. You'll have to do your own fishin in da ter-lit.

Ummm.... Karl? The Gainey Ranch Cars and Coffee featuring the Shelby cars is NEXT Saturday (March 4)...

But, since we're planning 2 weeks in advance, is anyone interested in running to Payson Airport after we blow out of Gainey Ranch Cars and Coffee, to go get some late breakfast/early lunch.. (weather permitting) ???

Robert, I no, I no, I no. At my advanced years, I certainly shouldn't be wishing my life away. I like the idea of a trip to Payson, if the weather is good.

Are you kidding me?

This excuse ranks right up there with "Boo-Hoo, I need my beauty sleep"

Ya know, I once watched Bruce Nelson do a root canal on a guy right there the Gainey Ranch parking lot, using a dremel tool and a rubber mallet... There was no way DrDuc was going to miss his Cobra-time.

Tell your eye doctor to throw his gear in the back of his station wagon, and meet you there.

I am up for a run to Payson THIS Saturday if anyone can make it. I was supposed to be in Europe but now I don't have to be. I will be at the Shell station at 0800.

Never fear Danr, nobody's going to take your BS-ing crown away. You can sling it with such a straight face, authority, and conviction that MOST people will swallow it. ha
You've even snagged me a few times and I have a heightened BS radar.

Karlos...my first venture to Gainey. Do we meet in a nearby area to enter en masse? Makes parking easier?

You guys should have known I was BS'ing... Dr Bruce wouldn't have been doing a root canal.... He's an Orthodontist...

Now, If I had said that I saw him installing some kid's braces in the parking lot, THEN you would have known I was telling the truth...

Billy, no need to enter as a group. Peter will have a section reserved for us, and since we're to get there by 6:30am BILL, we shouldn't have any parking issues. Now, if SOMEONE comes rolling in a couple hours late, because their" drugs kept them from hearing the alarm" They maybe won't get to park with the group. Kinda, sorta depends on if other Cobras show, that haven't committed, and grab parking spaces. I'm just sayin'...
