FE Oil Level

Hope everyone is having a great weekend! What I thought was going to be a pretty simple oil change has turned into a bit of a hassle. I have never been confident in the oil level reading on this car so I wanted to get it changed and make sure it's right. Thread here:

427 Oil Level Help

Right now I have 10.5 quarts in the car and I'm still not getting a dipstick reading after letting it sit for a few hours. Would love to hear some local opinion on my fun 2 day oil change...
