Default Pine/Strawberry run/ Saturday

Going to Pine this Saturday morning. A juried arts and crafts thing. Thinking about 6:30 or 7:00 departure. Weather perfect until way back afternoon. Should be a cool on the way up. Gary and Vikki

Ohhh....arts and crafts! Let me gather up my quilting supplies, and I'll be right there.

Oh, wait, that's Mesa Dave that goes to every quilting store during their travels.

After missing out last week, it would sure be nice to get the hot rod out of the garage for a few hours, but I've got several other things going on this weekend, so I've got to see how the schedules all overlap...

so, I'm tentative.

Not to sound uniformed, but what is a "juried arts and crafts thing"?

Juried means they have been judged by the people in charge of the fair. Not junk but some higher quality and better selection. It is not a flea market fair but a quality event.

well, yet again my weekend has been chopped up into little pieces, and none of them are large enough to stuff a trip to Payson into...

I'm working right now, and will still be, well past midnight tonight...

I'll be sleeping while you guys are driving tomorrow morning... Have fun

Sorry you had to work. Got to Pine and had a pancake breakfast by the Boy Scouts. Decided to go on to Winslow. Lots of pictures of standing on the corner with Eagles music. 350 miles round trip

I like the drive to Winslow. Was the artsy-craftsy show not too exciting? I woulda-shoulda-coulda gone with you if I'd known you were going to make the trip to Winslow and not spent all day at the show.

As you know, once out of the trees and high desert road is pretty darn straight and rough. Spur of the moment on Winslow, bucket list sort of. Half hour at craftsy show was enough for both of us. A little warm on the return
