Photo Op
On April 14, at Falcon Field in Mesa, there will be a presentation for the Arizona Chapter of the US Army Aviation Heritage Foundation. This is the organization that provided the US Army Cobra helicopter for the Fountain Hills Concourse. Dave Sale who some of you met at Fountain Hills as ask if we can provide a few Cobras for effect during the photo ops at Falcon Field. This will be about 3 hours. Lunch will be available. If you are interested, please leave a note. I will post the gathering information as we get closer to the date. I know that it will not start until sometime later in the morning, probably between 9:30 and 10:00 so there will be no "rise with the rooster" necessary. They would like 5 or 6 cars but welcome all who would like to attend.

Can't believe that Danr is interested in any sort of photo op that doesn't include young, pretty, scantily clad, women.
Regardless, I'll be there. BTW, Danr, ask Paul to eMail the info when you have details, for those that don't do CC. |
Who said there would not be any young, beautiful, scantily clad women? Did I say that.. I hope not..
I will forward the info to Paul when I know the where and exactly when.. |
I'll plan on it ! Sounds like fun. ;)
Think I will be there.
I have pictures of Danr with scantily clad bevies.
Well, send them. I have pictures of Mikie with stars coming out the top of his head....or something like that.
Count us in. Will follow details as they appear.
We will be there

Danr
I didn't get their number at Ftn Hills but we want to get my Grandson a ride in the Cobra Helicopter for his 18th birthday. Can you pass on their contact info so I can try to set that up? |
Plans have changed. I cannot attend.

Count us in!
Gotcha Greg.. you're counted.
I am planning on this one too.
Ok Keith. Glad to see you..
Ok it looks like we need to meet at the Chevron Station at McDowell and Recker about 0930 on the morning of the 14th of April. From there we will leave for Falcon Field about 0945. Hope to see everyone there.
For those of us that don't live in North Tucson(otherwise known as east bumscrew), do we know if we are supposed to go in through the main entrance or another gate for Falcon Field?
Ron, we all meet at the Chevron and go in together.. please. It is about 2 miles from the station.
Dan, if you need a red one, as opposed to a Chevy Orange on, I'm available! :o
