Default Jones-zing for Apple Pie Ala Mode

I'm thinking we are 'way past due to "grace" the Payson Airport Crosswinds restaurant, with our presents, and I'm thinking I'm past due for my warm apple pie ala mode breakfast.

I'm going to Payson, next Sunday morning, 04/08/18. Leave the Shell station, Shea and the Beeline at 8am. That'll get us up there, fed and watered, and back into the Valley, before it starts to get very toasty.

Anybody WANNA DRIVE?

I'll wear my goggles.

Be good that you can get out for a drive, albeit, a short one. I'm thinking I'll head off for Punkin Center, on the way home, to stretch it out by going through Globe.

Hmmm? Found out late Friday we have a house full of relatives coming up from Tucson on Saturday. Guess weekend plans are made and they don't include apple pie alamode.

I got home at 1, after a slight detour through Jake's Corner, Punkin Center, Roosevelt, and Globe. Wound up with about 235 miles for the day and it was a most enjoyable drive. I'd had a huge pancake with nice apple pie alamode on the side but the best thing was Mrs Phx Mike not only poured his syrup for his pancakes, she also paid the bill! How did that happen?

Actually, 'way cool.

Now, can you make me look 40 years younger, 20#s lighter, and with a full head of hair?

You 20 lbs lighter would be a zipper with a pony tail! An old wrinkled zipper granted, but a zipper none the less!
