Default Road Trip out of the heat

We stopped in Vail Colorado just before the smoke rolled in from the Aspen fire. This pic is from a friends backyard deck.

With this heat we are having - if I found myself in a place like that I probably wouldn’t be able to leave!

We pulled into Kansas City after we thought what would be rush hour. It wasn't,so, we skirted town and ended up in Liberty for R&R and BBQ. Now in Grand Rapids, Mi., and loving the rain. The people here drive crazier than we do ! Below is another pic of Vail Valley before the smoke rolled in.

This trip we left our clubs behind. I mentioned these people back here drive crazier than we do. They also have amazing appetites ! Corn dogs is one of their favorites.

I heard you guys had another hellacious storm go through the valley. We've had plenty of welcome rain here in Ann Arbor. We went to the Ford Museum in Detroit. They exhibited a lot more than just cars. Flying the airplane below is probably safer that riding with Karl or Dan
