Jason's oops
1 Attachment(s)
As stated in an earlier thread, Jason was checking his oil prior to going out to the gathering at the PAV.
When he opened his hood this is what we saw. The in flight flag was added for him.
Jason drove over 30 miles this way.

Better that than a loose drain plug that works itself off.

I've done near the same thing, more than once. And just how many "tools" have you guys found or lost under the hood in your time! LOL

I could swear the way the manifold is set up behind it, Ford designed it that way to catch the tools ect.

I had a special little 6 point box end wrench that I used to keep my header bolts tightened. I'd hate to admit to how many times I'd go to look for it where it should have been in my tool box, only to find it lying on the intake manifold where I left it the last time I used it a month or more before. Why it didn't bounce off onto the road, I'll never know.

Is your engine from a Fox Body Cobra or an SN95(94-95)Cobra?If its from a Fox Body that engine used to belong to one of 4993 cars, and if its from a fox body Cobra R its one of 107 cars.

Then whats up with the Cobra sign on the intake?

It's a clone?
Heck I was going to buy one of those "Cobra" things to BOLT on my intake! They are readily available from a number of sources and fit various year model intakes. Instead of doing that I thought it might be easier just to get a 427 emblem and stick on the fender,
