Photos from Motorsports Day car show
Went to the Motorsports Car show today -- a small annual show held in a church parking lot about 3/4 of a mile from my house.
Only two Cobras in attendance -- didn't recognize either one from any recent AZ Cobras meetings.
Pictures here.
Enjoy.
Ben
P.S. -- I keep eyeing those deuce coupes. Must have spent too much time in my youth listing to the Beach Boys and watching John Milner.

Wife and I went to the Kruse auction at Rawhide today. Apparently, there was a newer Shelby Cobra there, but it must have left before we got there. Bidding stopped at $100K, and we couldn't find the car in the lot, so he must have left. Only one other, parked in front of some motorcycle racing booth to advertise the school.
Bummer! Lot's of Chevys, though, selling for lots of money...

Ben,
I do not recognize it either? I do know there are about 50 more in the state that we, the gang, have only caught glimpses of. Someday we'll have them all.

Ben,
The Classic Roadster was mine.
Do you live near by?
The other one was Elmo 's from Mesa. He told me he usually goes to the Mesa showing.

dwong -- yes, I live about 5 blocks away. Just out for fun with the family.
Which one was yours -- the one with the sidepipe guards or the one without?
(Both were black.)

I don't think I saw it. Maybe hood was closed. I'm not really a big Viper fan. I know a guy who has nitrous on a Ferrari Modena 360. Just seems odd to me.
My loyalties remain with the... Cobra.
