Thumbs up

Jason,
Go over to the FFCobra site and post a request for pictures of that over there. I believe I saw some posted there a couple months ago.

While I am at it, anybody on my sdie of the woods ever convert the rear drums to disks themselves?

I have the Stainless Steel set up. While I would love to pay Gordon for this headache, no greenbacks left right now.

I have to pull the shafts out to get that back plate off from the old drums and I jsut don't want to screw up the gears in the axle housing.

Jason,

You going to be home this weekend? I can stop by and show you how to remove the axles. Or

Remove the diff cover. Remove the differential cross-shaft retaining bolt and then slides the cross-shaft out of the differential. This allows the axles to be pushed inward so the C-clip retainers can be removed from the ends of the axle, allowing complete axle removal. The only thing you need to be careful of is to not rotate the spider gears, or at least do it carefully.

I know what Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords have had more than a few articles on going from drum to disk. My suggestion is to check them out.
