F5 coupe coming to the valley of the sun
OK . You guys have heard me talk about it since I sold my MkI roadster in Jan. You may have noticed the pictures I've posted on another forum of the Halibrand III's I got from Discount tire recently. Some of you might remember me talking about the CHP 342 stroker shortblock.
Gordon Levy is rebuilding my T-5 and putting in a mid-shift conversion, probably a week or so away from being done. I have absolute faith that it will be done correctly, so I'll post pictures when I get it back.
I have purchased an unfinished kit from the NW. I have made arrangements for Stewart Transport to deliver the car at their convience, and they have informed me it might be as soon as the end of this month. When a firm delivery date is at hand I will post it here, and supply Pizza and soft drinks the 1st weekend after delivery. I am really, really, looking forward to this build.
