Default Slide Rock in Sedona

As most of you Arizonana know, Slide rock is a recreation area located on Oak Creek in Sedona Arizona. It consists of a flume that you can sit in and be pushed about 50 feet into a 10' pool.

If you look closely you can judge the height to the building on the legde based on the people there.

This next pic was taken on December 29th after some heavy rains. The building is somewhat dark but can be seen in the center right of the pic.

The best part is that it washed all those tourists away!

Slide Rock is where I saw my first pair of 'boobies'! I was about 10 and they belonged to some college student type girl wearing a tube top, as she walked by our family she slipped on the wet rocks and 'whoops' out they came.

Reminds me of the story about the girl who came running out of the ocean holding her chest after losing her top. A little boy said "hey lady can I have the puppy with the pink nose before you drown it?"
