Mikiec, THANKS for the great photos. It was nice the see all of you Phoenix Cobra owners again, we Tucson guys enjoyed the ride and conversation very much. Thanks for your hospitility. I will NOT mention that you got the entire group lost AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope that all of you took note of the nice demonstration of how to keep a Cobra going straight while under full power that Scott so graceiously gave us. We caught up with him a few miles down the road and I checked his car seat bottom and there was this little tiny round hole in it. He did have a battery / alternator problem and we gave him a jump and followed him to his trailer and he left safely. I will NOT mention that you got the entire group lost AGAIN.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mike

It seems to me that I was somewhat smaller then....

Thanks for the fun morning, it was nice for the group to see what a sensitive guy you are Mike. When you stopped to get directions from those two women and then 180'd the whole group.... well, it just brought a tear to everyone's eye. Not to mention a knowing look from your mother when we shared it with her...

Thanks Mike again.... real men have no sense of direction!

Steve

Hey All,
I wish I could have come out to play with the boys, but..
I did see a black with red stripe car in Scottsdale Sunday morning but could not get close enough to see the people inside or tell manufacturer. It had out of state plates =white on blue I think.
Is this one of the group or a new car to the area? Glad everybody had a great time and the weather could not have been much nicer.

Well, Yes I wioll share what ever I musta been smokin ! Just proves again those snakes are a little quicker in traffic than a grocery getter because I never got close enough to see you. What color are the NEW historic plates, I thought they were still the gold or copper color plates? Wish I was there.

Jeff, Pink has actual vintage AZ plates from '65 or so, not the 'historic' ones. You shoulda been able to catch us, Pink drives like and old lady.

Jeff,

Here in the lovely state of AZ, if you find an old plate from the era your car is registered you can use that plate if after a search the DMV finds it out of service. Basically it is treated like a vanity plate.

Fitz, Yup we went to Tortilla flats. 11 cobras and 2 corvettes. The vettes were relagated to the back of the pack.

Scott and the Tucson gang.. Thanks for coming up.

Mike

Default Hey Fitz.............

Ya we drove our Cobra's up the mountian (or hill depending on where you are from) it seems that you have to have a Cobra (or corvette) to come with us....... So is yours going to be ready for the summer? I sure want to see how you are going to keep that big dog cool durring the hot months......

Have fun!
(we are off to the race track this saturday)

Brian (hehehe)
