Western States Cobra Bash trip...
I am looking for two fellow Cobra owners that are going to the WSCB but do not want to drive their cars from the Phoenix area. I have a three car hauler and room for two more cars, but could use some help paying for the expenses of traveling to and from the Bash. I will also have room for any spare luggage that any one wants to take. Leaving on Wednesday night of the 18th. Please let me know if you are interested.

Bill, I'll be leaving out of Tucson on Wednesday in the morning but I'll be driving. My plan is to spend a night in the Las Vegas area, then on the Reno. Perhaps we can join up somewhere along the way. There are a couple of guys down here that might want to trailer, I'll contact them and ask them to reply to you here. John

Bill,
Did you find anyone to tug along with ya yet?
If not, you may reply again on other sites too. With the reg deadline approaching soon, we are starting to get a small flury of last-minute questions from others in various states. TTT.

Duane, everybody apparently wants to drive their cars to Reno. I haven't had any takers as of yet. These guys will figure out that almost 900 miles is a long drive in a Cobra.
I have talked with several gentleman that are still planning on making the trip to Reno that haven't registered yet. You can only drill the deadline date into them so much, right?
At this point, Shelby looks good for the event. But then again, no commitment yet. They too are aware of the deadline and what we talked about!

Bill,
900 miles is a piece of cake drive. Especially if done over 2 days.
However, I'll not make the trip. Ginny's kids are graduating that weekend. Daughter gets her law degree and son gets his MBA.

Bill,
Also, don't forget to check in on your posts on GT40s periodically. We got the dates on the SAAC events paged fixed too. As for the Johnny Come Lately's..., well you know we did our part. As for that..., no registration, no dice! 14.3 days left and its closed with no exceptions, unfortunately. Thanks.

Too bad you can't make it, Mikiec. I'll take plenty of pictures for you. Duane says that next year will be even bigger and better. He has some pretty cool things planned for this years event already.

Bill,
I was looking forward to going on the run with you. Figured I follow your beautilful CSX4XXX car until you needed gas then drive around and around the station until you gassed up. We could continue on to the next gas station...

That's funny right there, Mike. But...you forget that I have a 42 gallon fuel cell. And those damn gas stations don't sell race gas. I'm screwed!
However, you might want to consider this years Snakes To The Lake trip in October. I'm sure that it will be beautiful up there then.
Are you planning to go to SAAC in Fontana over the 4th of July weekend?
