I'm not sure, but I think Sharon wants to go up a day early so we can take Matthew to Disneyland, in that case we will drive up on thursday instead.

Damn water pump decided to start leaking at the weep hole. I guess I should replace it this weekend.

Mike, my baby started missing while driving home last night. Problem started on Bell Rd right at your stoplight turn. Made it home. Tried checking everything fuel/spark related. Fuel pressure & float bowls OK. Spark at Coil purple. Wires from MSD 6AL all seem tight. Won't idle at all. Called for advise from Rob at Anthem. He told me to do all these things. No change. Anthem will trailer my baby this week to repair by Knotts Trip.

Baby is at Anthem. They will look at Monday. Seems like Carburater problem. Maybe PV. If I tried to fix it I would just make things worse.

I had the same problem...checked fuel filter, carburetor, coil, distributor, MSD box....it ended up being the battery....one bad cell affects the MSD box big time.

Good luck.

Baby is ready at Anthem. Will pick up Tues AM. Blew PV. Rob said I need a re-build kit from Demon. Something about Squirter, cam, extra power valves. Sounds like a foreign language. Will look into it after Knotts. I'll ask Jeff about it. He knows everything!

Wifey wants to know. What does everyone do for food when we are at the show? Do they have food there? Do we need to get something before we get there? I know dinners are a done deal but what about lunch.

Lunch??? Most of us need to avoid lunch.

There should be a hot-dog/burger vendor there. Otherwise, there are some resturants within walking distance.

There is a Subway right next to our motel and a Pizza place between motel and parking lot show. Also IHOP next to motel There will be hot dog vendor at show. Bring your own coffee in the mornings. $1.50 for a tiny cup at show.

Mikiec
Is anyone going who might be a chase vehicle, Sharon and Matthew and I will be going up on friday afterall and we will stay over Sunday night to take Matthew to Disneyland on Monday. I have the car titled and registered, just waiting on confirmation about the insurance. If everything falls into place I may still try to drive it out there. If not, Dave K. has loaned me his trailer to use as needed, but I would be towing it with a mini-van and am not sure how this would work on a long trip.

Manny, Jeff Classic is towing his 44 foot trailer with 2 of his Cobrays in it. He has tools and knowledge and says he could fit a 3rd car if pressed. I know he would stop to help anyone of us. He is traveling with his daughter and pretty much follows the speed limits, so he is usually in the rear.

Manny,

I look forward to seeing your finally completed coupe.

As Bob says Jeff will be pulling up the rear. You might email him and check on when he is leaving.

I'm stoked and ready to go......................
