Cobra tuning in Arizona.

HELP!! I recently purchased Kirkham #304 and it has a Shelby aluminum 427 stroked to 482 with 4X48IDA Webbers. The car was set up at sea level and is running too rich (1600 feet) here in Scottsdale. I can't find anybody who knows anything about tuning (preferably with a dyno) a car equipped with 4 webbers. Who is the Cobra High Dali Lama here in the Phoenix area. Please give me a call at 602-430-4877 if you can steer me in the right direction. Two shops so far have suggested removing the webbers and putting a single Holly on it so they could tune it!!

I am a brand new Cobra owner and appreciate any help you might have regarding this. Thanks.
