Default Cobra Sighting
New SPF Blue with Silver Stripes. No plates sticker on windshield. Mature gentleman driving S.O. in the pass seat. Gentleman has white/silver hair wearing a beige hat.

I yelled at him through my pass window to say hi. He probably thought I was a wacko. He was traveling north on the 17 and got off at Dunlap. Time 4:54PM. Date today the 6 of November

Any ideas who this might be?
