Tucson John
Who's going down to John and Aida's next week? Shall we gather somewhere and go as a group?

Thanks for posting this Danr. I was going to ask for a head count. If there are only six of you then I can get by with buying a six pack of Milwaukees Finest Lite.

I'll be driving down and back in my truck. I'm too old to make that trip in 1 day by myself.

Sure Mikiec, put the pressure on me. What's wrong with tap water ? Do you want the French water that is made and bottled in the USA or perhaps the pure stream water that Coors uses ? Ok,Ok, we have one of those water places nearby and I'll take a gallon milk jug over there and get some bottled water for you. Anything to please you know. DWRAT, I'll retrurn the diet Pepsi that I bougth today. Robert, diet Coke will be there for you.

Thanks for the comments, but what about the original question? Shall we gather somewhere as a group and travel together? Cobra pack mentality and all that?
How about the usual station at Idaho and US 60? We can pick up the southern guys at Florence Hwy and Riggs Road. What time?

John, Keep the diet Pepsi. You can serve it to Danr55 for only setting up east side meets.
He sure like that gas station, next to his house I guess.

11:00 am. That way you can sleep in, go to church, take a walk in the cool morning air, or have an early breakfast. From Hi 60 and Idaho Rd. it is 1:20. From Hi 60 and the Florence Rd. it is 1:05. Bob B. the coffee will be waiting for you.

DWRAT, that gas station is not all that close to Danr's house but its about as far as he can go without a potty break.

So based on John's time frame, he would never lead the Phoenix gang astray, I suggest leaving Idaho rd about 9:30ish am.
How does this sound?

LOL,
That must be true.
On the trip to Tortilla Flats he had to stop at Canyon Lake for a potty break,

We live at 15026 N. Rugged Lark Dr., Catalina, AZ 85739. Phone #520-825-9197. Drive south on the Florence Hiway to mile post 91 where it joins the Oracle Rd. Turn right onto Oracle Rd. and go to the third traffic light which is Golder Ranch Rd. Turn left and go 1.2 miles east to Rugged Lark Dr. which is only on the right side. Turn right and drive to the address, about 1 1/2 blocks on your left. There are two gas stations on the corner of Oracle & Golder Ranch, todays price is $2.25 for regular. The lowerst gas in Tucson is $2.03 at a few "Circle K" stores.
