It does look like an Arntz. The actual dashboard section is missing in the photos. Note there is no gas indent on the rear quarter. As I found out, Arntz cars never had this. Classic Motorcars, CMC/Streetbeast, and Arntz were the only ones I know if that had no gas cap indent.
Do you have all the other pieces?
