Peter ...
when you say ''bigger wheel size " how do you see it improving ..this is a question only ,just trying to understand how .what and why!! so you r saying it improves the side on view???
From the rear as i said it's flat and low across the "parcel shelf" still looks good overall but to the educated eye a distinct difference!!If judged in I personally would mark accordingly because i think this could have been fixed years ago!!...SORRY Dennis & DRB owners again..... m2cw.

Aston would be perfect if it was reproduced in the same and true body shape if copied!!!

Paul,

The bigger wheel and tyre (higher profile) takes your eye away from the side view of the body - Simply an illusion.

I think Denis had a pretty good business head on when producing the DRB - marketing for relatively high volume.

Now with Peter Ransom in charge (as it has been for a number of years) I don't think much has changed from a business philosphy.

I suppose why change it when it works pretty well - they must be the largest producer of Cobra's in Australia.

I personally prefer the Harrison as it simply looks a bigger car (more in proportion).

OK.....laying off the poor old DRB NOW!!!

Obviously a great business for them over the years and Dennis had done what he believed was correct??? But that was many moons ago...
...and yes the Harrison does seem to and has been the weapon of choice for a while now!!

John...See what lies ahead for you??... And this is only the first kit you've asked about!!
