Just got back from two weeks in Thailand. We managed to find a pub in Patong that had the race live. Do you remember the "barmat fiasco" that was on the news a few months back? It was there at the Aussie Bar on Bangla road. My first Singha was at 10am - a little rough, the second one was much better....
Great win by GT and made us Holden fans very happy!

hahaha I was at the same pub watching bathurst, the owner of the aussie bar put his broadband on the big screens cause it wasnt on the channells.
Did you watch it upstairs?
they let me at about 9am

Yea, we sat upstairs. Turn left at the top and go around to the front facing Bangla Road. In the front left corner it's a little more intimate and closer to the twin screens we had. We got the last 95 laps in and several brews...
