Default Who else scores 100?

While standing thinking and idly looking at my Cobra, as we do from time to time, it suddenly struck me that this year the combined ages of my great old Arntz and myself would total 100 years. Yikes!

I'll be 68 in September and the Arntz was built and first registered in 1979 making her 32 this year.

I wonder how many other car/owner combinations have reached a century? I'm referring specifically to Cobras here naturally, not 60s muscle cars or early veteran vehicles. And of course I'm not interested in any of the "plated as a blah blah whatever" nonsense. Simply calculate your Cobra's age using the year it was first registered.

I'm still on 99 until September but are there any centurions out there already?

Thumbs up Very interesting find.

Hi Don my oldest car is the f100 its 35 and i am 45 thats 80 .
a bit short on a 100 and its not a cobra.
You know that mallory sticker in the engine bay on your Arntz well i took it off the other day and guess what i found under it !! The original manufactures number and year of build 1979. It has been stuck on and then covered in resin.
Just another original part of the cars history.
I just love old cobras make me want to build one the old fashion way. You know lap belts a big block with lots of HP and no brakes.

My dad has a 1891 car, 120 years old, and he's 77, so thats 197??????

Does that count for anything or just an honourable mention????.
