Maybe not, but I bet it is damned fast and very streetable.
|
so where's the problem [ each to there own ]
|
Hmmm............if I spent all that money doing a Mustang up I sure as hell wouldn't be putting a Chev in it then putting GT500 decals on the side of it ! 427 Fords aren't expensive and you can get alloy ones to boot. Besides there are too many boat anchors in the world anyway   :D
|
LS is too light to be used as a boat anchor.
You need good old Fraud cast iron for that. :) |
I know the guy who built that car for Kochie.Leo from muscle car.It is a lot easy and cheaper to fit this engine than any modular Ford engine ,Ford has to offer.I couldn't do it myself.
It goes well |
What's a kochie??

It already has the 390 FE motor in it and 4 speed top loader and it goes very nicely. :D, now I will have the brakes to stop it, and handling to throw it around a few corners. I am also going for the torque thrust wheels, mine had 14" on the front and 15" on the back, going to be 17" now. I am also getting a tilt column steering as I get a bit sick and tired of always indicating to turn right when I change from 2-3. Should be done in a few weeks. :D |
A Mustang witha Chevvie motor? There goes its re-sale value!
