X2 doesn't happen on any other sites. this site is slow to load also!

Time for a new server I guess. This one seems old, slow and clunky compared to others.

I use this site from home and work. At home it's slow to load on occassion, but at work, never and issue. No log in issues either.

I'm have problems for several months now.

I had my son check it out and he think AOL and Club Cobra are not compatible. I now use Mozilla Firefox to access CC with a lot better results.

I still have frequent occasions when it is 'down' (violation ..) and lots of double posting on replies, if I am not careful. Other sites work fine and line speed is not an issue for me.

Same here - and regularly. It doesn't seem to matter whether I'm on firefox at home, IE at work or my Android phone. I recently emailed the admins offering to make a donation in return for all helpful info I have taken away over the years... it would seem money is not an issue as they are not taking donations. Must be annoying for the site sponsors.

One tip - if you can't reach the Aussie branch of the forum, go to the main forum and navigate back here via the links. Seems to work about half the time for me.

.....Main problem for the last few months is access to CC full stop!!!...I run Firefox and always have....even this morning twice I've had the,
PHP ....Violation...Error!!.... I also have no issues with coverage or speed.
But as stated by Computerworks the majority of these errors are not related to our end ...I would imagine that it is a process of on going improvement!!

Seems like Sunday nights are bad...

That's more than likely a problem in your browser.

Not going to get into problem solving on this thread, just wanted to acknowledge that most issues are at the server and not "your" problem.

If you want to test the log-in problem...download and install either Firefox or Chrome (neither will "damage" your system and can be cleanly removed afterwards).

DO NOT import ANYTHING...cookies or Internet History, settings, etc. from IE.

Then, go to CC with the new browser and see if the same issues exist with respect to logins.

Yep, it was a browser problem, changed to Chrome, problem went away. Cheers, tin-man
