Guys, TV is entertainment.
You really think any of this is real?
If someone finds a 100k car in a storage facility, he isn't going to pawn it.

And in other news that British chef really does go into failing restaurants and turns them around in a week, the guy 'dating' 20 chicks eventually gives one of them a rose and they live happily ever after and yes, that really does happen to the pizza guy every once in a while.

Aaaah so cannot believe everything you see on TV then...
Bit like Sheriff Joe calling his Arizona establishment a resort...... on television.

You know we'll probably see CSX4858 someday at auction touting it's famous provenance as the Shelby shown in Pawn Stars.
Should have the "stars" of the episode and series sign the glove box.

But what about the arruminum body and frame? What is the serial number of that one? That would have some provenance too. Is all of this going into the registry? :JEKYLHYDE

Exactly. It's entertainment and nothing more. American Pickers is another show that is pure B.S. I saw one episode where they paid $100 for a steering wheel off a 67 Corvette saying it was worth $400. The only problem is that it was from a early 70's Plymouth.
