Default Door sils

I am looking to put door sils on the car. Has anyone used the Reverse parking sensors cameras and monitors by Parksafe Austalias Best sils either 06-DS01 or 2 or are there alternatives
Thanks Jeff

Have you driven a Cobra?
There is little in your way to see behind you.
You sit lower to the ground than a cane toads testicle.
If anyone is behind it, they certainly will know that it is running.
From the drivers seat you can nearly reach around and slap someone on the ear if they are behind you too!
I don't think a reversing camera is really needed.
Mando and Rog246 like this.

What the Yanks call rockers we call sills, and what they call sills we (I anyway) call kick-plates.

You might consider making your own kick-plates with a piece of sheet aluminium - start by making a paper pattern and then cut and trim the aluminium to suit your car - and even have your own engraving done.

I'm not sure whether Cobras have weather strip on the inner edge of the sill but if not, you can bend the aluminium to cover inside the sill down to the floor.

If you are going with the engraving have it done before you put any folds in the aluminium.

Personally, I can't wait to get some scuff marks on the sills - bring on the patina.

Gav Yes I drive and own a cobra. When i typed in the web address for parksafe.com.au it came up with the reversing bit. If you go into the catelogue you wll find the two products DS-01/2
PeterAllen yes this is one way to go but i thought there may be an OE that might fit with a bit of alteration ie 206Pug

I was on a different tangent then.

I made sills for mine with foam and glassed over the top.
The carpet covers the whole thing. They don't have scuff plates but the gap between the seat and body is reduced if that's what you are after.
