Door Sills

Could anyone post a picture if they used a metal strip on the sill over the transition from carpet to bodywork you see when the door is opened? The rubber ones commonly used can't be installed on a Classic Revival kit because it doesn't have the fin for the rubber/vinyl section to slide on to.
