Default python cobras

hello all
I was wondering if anyone in Melbourne owns a Python's Cobra, if so, please let me know how the car is going and was it easy to build. As l'm 85% made up my mind to purchase George's kit, l still have my doubts

Hi Alvin

Chris Lidgerwood is building a Python and he's on this forum from time to time. Have a look for one of his posts and send a direct message through his profile.

Cheers

Alvin;
Apologies for the delay in responding, been at Bathurst and only just starting to come good. Whilst in Bathurst I had my first ride in a Cobra, I flagged some bloke down outside a pub and he took me for a burn. From memory(Blurred) he told me it was a "ram" kit imported from England. It had a 351 and it went ok, sounded better than it went.
With my python, Im probably 40% done. George is an enthusiast and loves his Cobras. If I can offer any advice it would be this,
1 Know want it is you want...exactly
2 Do your homework and then do it again !
3 Be Patient and know your prices.
Its probably easier for me as I have an Engineering workshop at my disposal, but in any project like this you need to do a lot yourself especially if dollars are an issue, as they are in most cases.
Regards Chris Lidgerwood
