Hi Leroy, thanks for the info. If I have any less damping it starts to get pretty bouncy - not enough control over the spring. The rear shocks are only on the 2nd or 3rd out of 18 positions.
With 250lb if I lessen the preload the body sits too low at the rear. The front is as low as I dare on the street. |
I checked and it was 250lb that I had in the rear and 300 front. Both front and rear were single adjustable.

I went with Warwick's suggestion on the previous page and ordered a set of 300lb springs. QA1 have just released a "high travel" range, using fewer coils which reduces weight "up to" 28 percent and increases travel "up to" 20 percent. They should arrive next week.
