Handbrakes?
My 250 GTO is based on a Nissan S30 shell (240Z to you) and there is a popular bolt-on Wilwood rear brake setup available. I was fortunate enough to obtain handbrake brackets and cables on offer by a chap in Perth which utilized a mechanical Wilwood calliper (Go-kart size). With the dollar so strong at the moment a lot of S30 owners are keen to use the Wilwood rotors and calipers but the Perth chap is no longer making the bits for the handbrake.
Are there universal handbrake ‘kits’ available that might be suitable and which past Oz regulations? What are member here using? Thanks

You will have to talk to your engineer...this bit of stuff is one of those complicated rego details. I've heard that Willwood stuff is frowned upon because of no weather seals on the pistons...handbrake is different though...Good luck.

I am not sure if Kirkham sell parts, but worth an email to them.
They have an aluminium handbrake assembly, cables to wheel that is an exact replicate of the original and works a treat.

Have a look at Lokar for hand brakes. I have one and it looks nice. I think the only ADR requirement is no hydraulic handbrakes. Other requirements relate to holding the vehicle and being operated from driving position. Check with your engineer though. RE the dust seals in calipers, I thinks that's now in the code of practice.
