The only blue that has not been mentioned is Guardsman. A taboo word maybe?
|
The mirror finish on the firewall makes that last shot look like a V16!
|
Yep - they are polished stainless panels, and look great....

Great pics and looking good.
Those tail light are clean looking, nice. Here is a manifold that would sit real nice in that engine bay...... go on Brad.... its only money. |
Tony, thanks for posting the pics.
It's great watching the Pace 427 evolve. The kit is surpassing my expectations. I'm looking forward to seeing exhaust systems, dash layouts and interiors start to get fitted. And who will be the 1st to put one on the road? Hopefully I can get back AP before the end of the year. See you soon in Tassie. |

We have introduced a new PACE 427 Kit Pricing structure. A new lower entry price and much more comprehensive offerings in the form of the add-on kits.
New PACE 427 Kit Packages: $24,995 Starter Package Plus $7,995 Roller Add-On Kit Plus $21,995 Finishing Add-On Kit (this kit alone contains over 200 parts) An updated brochure with the full details is available for download via our web site. A photo from this weekend of PACE 427 #14 heading home with it's owner. The owner also had a few hundred plus parts packed to get him started with the build as well. It is mid-blue gelcoat with white vinyl stripes. Will be powered by a Coyote, run TKO 600 gearbox, 15" wheels and built in classic styling according to the owner. http://www.clubcobra.com/photopost/d...7_800x600_.jpg |
Hi Craig
Hopefully the owner will post some more pics of that body as it is - mid-blue with vinyl stripes is what I am planning... Looks good Tony |
Great to see A Pace 427 rolling out of HQ.
One happy owner I'm sure? Great Colour Combo |
OK, its one photo ... but how good does the body look..... out of the mould...clean up and ready to go.
Good work Craig and the AP team..... keep the pics coming. |
People who don't make it to the breakfast meeting aren't allowed to post for the following week!

Thought you guys might like to see some interesting PACE 427 stats...
Total number of parts we supply in our complete PACE 427 kit offering: 500+ Total number of hardware items we supply in our complete PACE 427 kit (bolts, nuts, washers): 2000+ Oh and this does not include: The dozens of hose clamps, stainless saddles, stainless rubber lined P Clamps, stainless ties etc. And also the dozens of spacers and mounting blocks. And lots of other smaller items. No wonder why my parts guy John is so busy. |
Nice stuff Craig.
Craig, I've got a partial list from another "PaceClub" member of the tools required/recommended for the job, but perhaps you could post that page from the manual here for us waiting for our fun-packs to arrive so we can at least add what we need to the man-cave? |
Guye, will dig the info out for you.
Will also get a manual to you for some informative reading. |
Any photos Craig

As a newbie to this site and to the whole concept of kit building, I am pretty sure of two things. 1. My timing could not be better and 2. This is going to be lots of fun!
|
Craig, how about you start a new thread with an update on the development of the Pace GT ?
|
I just checked page 1 of this thread and was surprised by the fact that the AP Cobra has been in production for over 12 months. Has anyone progressed their build to the point of being able to go for a drive yet?
This is in no way a criticism, I just figured that not all builders are members of this forum. Craig is anyone close to being on the road? Or even a track test? |
