$365K what a joke!

Oooohh I just realized it's a "Super" Cobra

That must make it worth the extra $330K

All "left hookers" are worth more.

(Mine is anyway hehehehe)

I'm thinking he may have hit 3 instead of $s on his keyboard?

Still a bit pricey though.

Cheapest Cobra I have seen on ebay or elsewhere for AGES.
Agreed if you do not want it the engineered it is the GO or else do a engine transplant etc.
I consider that Tuckers Body is not to my standard (just doesnot look right either) as when I ordered my kit from Tucker several years ago two blokes could lift the shell comfortably as it is superlight.
Tuckers body straight off the mould had crazing which is POOR.

what is the true reason for sale of this gt40 kit plus the chopper gun, steel, drawings et al on ebay?

Reading the thread "venom motorsport beware' I got the impression that ebay has banned Mr.tucker from its advertising schedule- its appears that it is not the case.

Well i am very disapointed with a few on here.
Yes we have Tucker bodies,
Now if any of you ever ordered a boby off of Doug Pierce, then you have a Tucker body.
When i posted about Tucker , it was about his way of doing business, not the quality of the work he did,
Yes i pulled my chassis out after several years of stuff all being done.
I have no problems with the body i got or the quality of the product.
Yes i got colored gelcoat, but i never ever though i was going to get a paint job finish.
Do any of you look at other peoples builds and see white gelcoat bodies that need to be cut and shut just to get the doors to line up?
Bag Tucker out to the max but dont forget there are a lot of his bodies out there that
(just doesnot look right either)
Im going to Winton,
I was there last year and the year before and was like a fish out of water because everyone on here is a name and not a face ,
I met Craig from pace and was very impressed, only because Bruce Allen and myself arrived and gatecrashed the saturday night.
i wasnt going to come up again this year because i am just another person in the crowd who could be just anyone passing through.
This year i will have a white t shirt with SJELBY on it
Might even get a target put on the back for fun,./lol

I am surprised that cc forum member reno has not buzzed in discussing the virtues of Tuckers Kits whether it is a Cobra or GT40

I got a set of panels from Doug which was subject to rework but after many hours I got them fit my RMC

I will be there Sjelby, my car looks different to all the other ones, so is easier to pick out. If I am not in the car at the time, I am the fat bastard with not much hair and a goatee beard.
I won't bite.

Sorry Sjelby, I was a little busy last year to go around and introduce myself to absolutely every person at Shelbyfest last year, the year before that and the one before oh and the one before that too.
Flogging the crap out of a car you have built yourself can be fairly hairy, concentration consuming experience for most of us and if we have not gone out of our way to make your visit a welcoming experience, perhaps you should be going around introducing yourself?

All community members should be interested that Mr.Tucker is trying to sell his business at Pakenham for $120k and I hope I get my dough back.
Reason for sale is ill health.
